We Offer Free Case Evaluations
The first step in becoming a client of Eddington Worley is to contact us for a free case evaluation. The evaluation is done by telephone with one of our paralegals. During the evaluation we will discuss your case and give you an honest assessment of what you might be facing and how we think we can help you. After this discussion, we will schedule an in office consultation with Ms Eddington or Mr Worley to further assist you with your case. Call us at (281) 903-5711 to begin the process.
In Office Consultations
Often times, prospective clients have questions about specific aspects of their case that can only be answerd by a licensed attorney. We have found these questions are best handled in face to face meetings at our office. We offer an initial consultation with an attorney. The fee for this consultation is 100 dollars (USD). You will be able to discuss the details of your case, get answers to legal questions and explore your options for moving forward. After discussing the specifics of your case, if we agree that we can help you achieve your legal goals, you will be offered the choice to retain us as your legal counsel and, if you do so, we will move forward with your case.
A Word About Your Privacy
At Eddington Worley, we understand that it is sometimes difficult to take the initial steps to speak with an attorney about private family matters. Sometimes there is fear of violence or other reprisals, or sometimes you just don't want your spouse to know that your are considering a divorce until after you have spoken with an attorney about your options. If you have any concerns about us calling you back, leaving messages, or emailing you PLEASE state them to the first person you talk to on the phone. We will make every effort to protect your privacy and safety, but we can only do that if we know about your concerns.
In Case of Emergency
If you or your children are currently in danger, call 911. If you are in an abusive situation and feel that your safety is at risk if you try to take steps to protect yourself, we encourage you to call the National Domestic Abuse Hotline at 1-800-799-7233. They are available 24/7/365 and can help you find immediate local assistance to protect you and your children.
